Sister Katherine Frazier, O.P.
Executive Director
​
Sister Katherine Frazier, O.P., is a member of the Adrian Dominican Sisters of Adrian, Michigan. She has served as a college campus minister at Gannon University and as the Director of Mission Integration at Regina Dominican High School in Wilmette, Illinois and in ministry with refugees.
She holds a B.A. in Medieval Studies from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana, an MPhil in Archaeology from the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, England, and a Masters in Pastoral Theology from Catholic Theological Union.
Sister Katherine is currently serving as the Executive Director for Dominican Youth Movement.
Kevin Sullivan

Kevin Sullivan is well formed in the Dominican tradition. Not only are his degrees from Dominican Institutions, but he is an alumnus of DYM USA programs. At one point, Kevin was involved in the leadership of the International Dominican Youth Movement! Kevin serves as the Director of Discipleship at a parish in Northern Wisconsin where he resides with his wife, Leslie, and three kids. The Sullivan family is often found playing in and enjoying the outdoors – no matter the season!
Sean Mundyschein

Sean is a teacher in Orlando, FL. He attended the NCPIAC (2007). He participated in founding DYA USA, serving as VP of Finance (2008-2009), Communications Chair (2009-2010), and National Coordinator (2010-2012). He also served on the Dominican Mission Team (2011-2012). An alumnus of St. Thomas Aquinas College, he was a full-time volunteer with Dominican Volunteers, USA (2011-2012). Living in community with DVs at the Carlos Morales Alumni House for a few years, he attended the International Dominican Youth Movement (IDYM) in Columbia (2014). He was elected to the IDYM International Commission as Promoter of Communications (2013-2014) and attended the IDYM International Gathering in France (2016).
Carley Ubaldini
Assistant Director

Carley has served as the Assistant Director of DYMUSA since July 2021. Through the Sisters of St. Dominic of Amityville, New York, she came to know the Dominican charism. She joined the Dominican Young Adults in 2018 to connect with others and deepen her faith.
​
Carley is a licensed CPA and has a background in corporate and nonprofit consulting. Outside of DYMUSA, Carley provides private financial education classes to the youth (K-12).
Sister Gina Fleming, O.P.
Former Director

Sister Gina Fleming, OP is a Dominican Sister from Amityville. In 2022, she stepped down from the Executive Director of Dominican Youth Movement USA’s position which she held since the organization's inception 7 years ago. S. Gina is currently the Promoter of Youth for her congregation, a position she has held for the past 22 years. As such she organizes Dominican Youth Movement’s programs for young people on a regional level such as the Youth Preaching Workshops, which introduce young people from local Catholic schools as well as parishes, to our charism of preaching. She will also become more involved with the local Dominican Young Adult chapter, another program of the Dominican Youth Movement, at Molloy University.
Sister Mary Soher, O.P.

Sister Mary Soher, OP, is a member of the Adrian Dominican Sisters of Adrian, and currently
serves as the Mission Prioress of the Catherine of Siena Mission Chapter. Most recently, she
served as Director of Campus Ministry for Dominican University of California.
​
Sister Mary graduated from Trinity University. She holds a Masters of Pastoral Studies from
Catholic Theological Union, and a Doctor of Management from Colorado Technical University.
​
Sister Mary served as director of the DHSPC from 2009 to 2021. She is a presenter at the
National College Preaching in Action conference and has participated in four gatherings of the
International Dominican Youth Movement.
Salvatore Ubaldini, CPA, CFE
​
Salvatore learned of the Dominican charism at Molloy University and has since strived to live out the four Dominican pillars of community, service, study, and prayer. Salvatore participated in the Appalachia Project in Kermit County, West Virginia, and in the National DYM Service Trip to Puerto Rico, where he and many others assisted those in need. Salvatore continues to participate in service-based opportunities where possible.
Outside of DYM USA, Salvatore is part of DeLuca Advisory Services and their growing forensic accounting practice. Salvatore is part of the Molloy College Alumni Board and the Knights of Columbus, where Dominican charism follows.
Lianni Teets
​
Lianni Castro Teets is an educator and musician. Lianni lives in San Francisco, California. She loves St.Dominic, the Dominican Ideals and her alma mater, Dominican University of Ca. Serving on the Board is one way that she gives back to the Dominican Youth Movement and the Dominican Sisters who have helped to strengthen her faith as a woman of God. Lianni is an avid traveler, a talented vocalist and a passionate foodie. She hopes that like St. Dominic she can carry the torch of faith to all she meets, setting hearts on fire and loving others as Jesus does.
Michelle Martin

Since 2019, Michelle has served as the campus minister of Molloy College. She previously taught English and served as the Dominican Youth Preacher Moderator at St. Agnes Academic High School in College Point, NY for several years.
​
Michelle received both a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Special Education: English 7-12 from Molloy College. She holds the following certifications: New York State Education, English Adolescent Education (7-12); New York State Education, Students with Disabilities (7-12); and New York State Education, Students with Disabilities (1-6).
Sister Nancy Richter, O.P.
​
Sister Nancy Richter, OP is a Dominican Sister form Sparkill, NY. She currently serves on the Leadership Team of her congregation. Previously, Sister Nancy was a Campus Minister at Albertus Magnus High School, Bardonia, NY. She also served as a Public Relations/Resource Minister for the Dominican Sisters of the Northeast. From 1970 to 1996, she ministered as an elementary school teacher in the Archdiocese of NY. Sister Nancy has her MS in Education from William Paterson University and her BS in education from St. Thomas Aquinas College. She is also certified by the Dominican Preaching Institute.
Fr. Dennis Woerter, O.P.
​
Father Dennis is associate pastor of St. Paul Catholic Center at Indiana University. From 2012-2019, while serving as Director of Campus Ministry at Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois, he moderated the Fenwick Preaching Team and accompanied students to the Dominican High Schools Preaching Conference. A native of Elmwood Park, Illinois, he attended St. Vincent Ferrer Grade School, Fenwick High School, and Loras College, majoring in Speech Communication: Journalism. Entering the Dominican Order in 1990, he received his M.Div. and M.A. in Theology from Aquinas Institute. Ordained in 1997, he served parishes in Madison, WI; Denver, CO; Chicago; and River Forest, IL. He received his Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in 2009, focusing on preaching in Anglo-Hispanic communities. Fr. Dennis speaks Spanish and coordinates the ministry to the Spanish-speaking community at St Paul’s.
Anna Sklut

Anna Sklut was previously the director of campus ministry and Theology teacher at St. Agnes Academy, a ministry of the Dominican Sisters of Houston. She is an active member of the Dominican Family of Houston and a National Dominican Associate Directors representative. She regularly writes and presents for various organizations and publications nationally and enjoys accompanying organizations in the work of mission integration. Anna earned her M.A. through the University of Notre Dame’s Echo Program, has a certificate in Transformational Non-Profit Leadership from the Mendoza School of Business at ND, and has a B.A. in Journalism from Michigan State University.
Nate Friday

Nate graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a BA in Secondary Education, Social Studies, and Religious Studies. He has served as Campus Minister at his alma mater, Dominican High School since 2015. Nate also serves in many capacities around the Archdiocese of Milwaukee: as a presenter in the Sustaining the Mission Catholic Educator Program, on the committee for Exemplary Recognition for Mission and Catholic Identity, and as a Mentor teacher for new Theology teachers in the Archdiocese. He lives in Glendale, WI with his wife Emily (a Catholic school principal) and their two children.
Kathleen Friend
Kathleen Friend has been an Associate of the Amityville Dominicans for the past 20 years and presently holds the title of co-director of that organization! She is the treasurer of the National Association of Associate members as well as the Dominican Youth Movement and has served as the treasurer of the North Shore Central School District. She has been involved in our DYA program for the past two years!
