Congratulations to our two DYA Members, Salvatore Ubaldini and Lanier Mason, on achieving Molloy College’s first-ever 30 Under 30 Award.
Molloy College is an award-winning college that was founded in 1955 by the Dominican Sisters of Amityville.

Our two DYA members are highlighted below:
Salvatore Ubaldini ACCBS ’14 Senior Forensic Accountant, Deluca Advisory Services
Salvatore obtained his Master’s degree and the Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner licenses after graduating from Molloy. He recently accepted a role with Deluca Advisory Services, a boutique, independent third-party monitor with extensive experience auditing, investigating, and reviewing government procedures and operations to ensure best practices are in place and complied with. Previously, he worked at K2 Integrity, a leading investigations firm. Outside of work, Salvatore serves as a Representative on the Molloy College Alumni Board and is on the Board of Directors for the Dominican Youth Movement, USA. The DYM USA is a national nonprofit organization that connects youth and young adults to the Dominican way of life: preaching the Gospel, community, service, study, and prayer.
Lanier Mason ACCBS’15 Assurance Manager, EY LLP
Lanier is an Assurance Manage at EY where he has directed the execution of audit fieldwork for multi-strategy hedge funds with $30B+ in Assets Under Management (AUM). Recently, Lanier has continued performing core audit work while also supporting account teams in their efforts to leverage cutting-edge technology. After a three-month stint in rotation within EY’s Innovation Group (FSO Labs), he was asked to return to manage the same group a year later to help oversee a team of nine composed of professionals based in India and across the US. Outside of work, Lanier volunteers his time as an advisor to his high school alma mater, as well as Molloy College. He serves on the Task Forces and Advisory Boards commissioned by the Principal and President, respectively, to address key issues that the faculty and student body are facing in diversity, curricula, enrollment pressures, and development. In 2020, Lanier launched a scholarship at Molloy for African American students in honor of his late grandmother, Leona C. Mason. In September 2021, Lanier was recognized as one of the 40 Black CPAs under the age of 40 that are influencing the accounting profession and making an impact on the community by the Black CPA Centennial.
